A Day in Gisneyi
Sometimes you choose to drive a whole hour to get a good sandwich, salad, and smoothie, and just sit and relax by the lake for the afternoon. I love you, Gisenyi.
Sugar Cookie Cutouts

Anyways, we just made all of these adorable sugar cookies for Spring, and I thought that I would share our recipe. Also, I found a new icing recipe a few weeks ago, and it is honestly the best icing that I have ever tasted. You have to try it.

Always Say Yes to Italian Food
When you’re planning a big graduation dinner for your class (even though there’s only two of you) you get to do cool things like go to an authentic Italian restaurant and try lots of scrumptious dishes. Did I mention that one of the deserts was homemade gelato? Yeah. It was pretty wonderful.
